Delivery and Returns

We want your Mrs Bennet furnishings to bring you joy, and we totally understand that sometimes online purchases don't look quite right once you get them into your home. That said, we hope that you will understand that Mrs Bennet is a small local business and, as such, we don't have the capacity to offer the kind of returns operation that the big brands can. So here is our simple (and hopefully fair) returns policy:

- In the unlikely event that your Mrs Bennet purchase arrives damaged or faulty in any way, please contact us within 3 days and we will arrange for a replacement to be delivered to you (and the old one taken away).

- In the very unlikely event that you are not delighted with your Mrs Bennet purchase, please bring the item into the shop within 7 days and we will exchange it for something else.

Please note that, unless faulty, we cannot exchange or refund any custom-made item. However, we do work closely with you throughout the design process to make sure that, when it arrives, your new piece of furniture or rug is every bit as good as you imagined it would be.
